Teamac at London Boat Show
2012 promises to be an exciting year for Teamac with a new product, a new range of brochures and a significant presence at the London Boat Show.
With over 100 years of paint manufacturing experience, Teamac are proving they are a real player in the marine paint market by sponsoring the prestigious Classic Boat stand at the London Boat Show (stand G120, North Hall).
On the stand, Teamac staff will be on hand to explain the range of products available as well as offering tutorials and demonstrations. A new collection of brochures will also be launched including a colour card, and an all in brochure which features useful advice on how best to apply products and avoid damage to vessels.
New Product for 2012
Teamac are constantly updating and improving their range. Launching at the show will be Teamac Protector, a new mid-range antifouling product which fits into the range between Tropical Killer and Antifouling A and D which is the Teamac premium product.
But why do I need to use Antifouling paint?
Underwater fouling is a big problem for boat owners. Not only will it slow you boat down and increase fuel consumption, but it can also leave the boat open to permanent damage if organisms such as Teredo and Gribble get into the structure.
