We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances, please email email@example.com with your order information to request a return.
Returned products will only be considered for a refund or exchange if:
(a) We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product.
Where we have made an error you may return a product and receive a refund or exchange above condition met.
If product was damaged in transit to you, you must provide evidence of this. Please note that packages should ideally be checked as soon as the parcel is received.
When you do not want the product:
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: subsidise a 15% handling costs and the return carriage. The item(s) must be returned to us in a saleable condition.
We will give you a refund for the product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the handling and carriage charge.
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product and a handling charge.
